Artichoke Relish

 

2 15 oz. cans artichoke hearts, drained

2 cloves garlic, minced

2 tablespoons fresh squeezed lemon juice

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 tablespoons water

 

Process in food processor.   Adjust seasonings.  Serve on toasted pitas
