Easy Oven Brisket
1 brisket, untrimmed 1 15 -18 oz. bottle barbecue sauce
Place brisket fat side up in a 9” x 13” baking pan. Cover pan tightly with foil. Bake at 275 for 4 hours. Remove brisket to a plate and drain off all fat and drippings from pan. Return brisket to baking pan. Pour entire bottle of barbecue sauce over top of brisket. Cover tightly with foil and bake another 4 hours. Let sit 10 minutes before slicing. |
