Peanut Butter Cookies

1 cup butter, softened

1 cup brown sugar

1 cup white sugar

2 eggs

2 cups peanut butter

1 tsp. salt

1 tsp. baking soda

2 -3 cups flour

Cream butter and sugars until light and fluffy.  Beat in eggs, peanut butter, salt and soda, beating well after each addition.  Stir in 2 cups of flour.  Continue adding flour until dough is stiff enough to roll into 1” balls.  Roll balls in sugar and place on greased cookie sheets.  Flatten with fork.  Bake at 375 for 10-12 minutes.
