Diane’s Veggie Casserole

 

1 can corn, drained

1 can French green beans, drained

1/2 cup chopped celery

2 Tablespoons chopped onion

1/4 cup chopped bell pepper

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup sour cream or mayonnaise

1 can Cream of Celery soup

 

Topping:

1/2 box Ritz Cheese Crackers or Cheezits, crushed

1/2 stick melted butter

1/2 can slivered almonds

 

Combine all ingredients except topping.  Put in casserole dish.  In separate bowl mix crackers, butter and almonds.  Place on top of veggies.  Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
