Diet Bars

 

1 large banana, mashed

1/4 cup peanut butter

2/3 cup powdered milk

1/4 cup Nestle’ Quik  (sugar free equivalent is okay)

1/2 cup Grape Nuts

 

Mix all together well.  Form into bars on wax paper.  Freeze well.  Makes 2 bars.
