Scrambled Eggs

Scrambled Eggs

 

For each egg, use:

2 tablespoons milk

1/8 tsp. each salt and pepper

1/2 tablespoon butter

 

Melt butter in nonstick skillet.  Beat eggs with milk, salt and pepper.  Pour into skillet, stirring constantly over medium high heat until done.

 

 

Larger Amounts:

4 eggs

1/2 cup milk

1/2 tsp. each salt and pepper

2 tablespoons butter

 

8 eggs

1 cup milk

1 tsp each salt and pepper

4 tablespoons butter
