Creamed Spinach with Serrano Peppers

 

2 (10 oz.) pkgs frozen spinach, thawed, rinsed and drained

8 oz. Cream cheese

¼ cup heavy cream

4-8 pickled serrano peppers,  seeds and membranes removed

½ tsp salt

2 garlic cloves, minced

 

 

Whisk together all ingredients except spinach.  Mix in spinach.  Bake at 350 for about 30 minutes or until hot in center.
