Chili
1 lb. ground sirloin 1 lg. onion, chopped 1 can kidney beans, drained 1 can pinto beans, drained 1 can black beans, drained 1 15 oz. can Campbells Pork & Beans, undrained 4 c. tomato juice 1/3 cup chili powder 4 teaspoons cumin 2 Tablespoons tomato paste (if you think it needs to be thicker) 1/4 – 1/2 cup chopped pickled jalapenos 2-4 tablespoons juice from jalapenos
Brown meat with onions in dutch oven. Add remaining ingredients. Bring to gentle boil. Reduce heat and let simmer at least 30 minutes on very low heat. |
