Red Salsa

 

2 cans Del Monte Mexican Stewed tomatoes, divided

1/2 - 1 bunch fresh cilantro leaves

1/4 cup canned jalapeno slices

2 tablespoons white vinegar

1 tsp. garlic powder or garlic salt (add salt if using powder)

 

In blender put 1 can tomatoes, cilantro and jalapenos.  Process long enough to chop up cilantro and jalapenos (about 10 seconds.)  Add remaining ingredients and blend long enough to combine while retaining some chunkiness.
