Oven Fries

6-8 medium potates, quartered lengthwise

1 stick margarine

Preheat oven to 425.  Melt margarine in large cast iron skillet.  Add potatoes and coat well with margarine.  Sprinkle with salt and pepper and place in oven.  Every 10 minutes stir potatoes up from bottom of pan.  Cook until evenly browned, about 1 hour.
