Bacon-wrapped Grilled Shrimp

Bacon-Wrapped Grilled Shrimp

 

1 lb. Colossal size shrimp (10-15/lb)

10-15 thin strips of bacon (one for each shrimp)

 

Peel and devein shrimp.  Wrap each shrimp with a strip of bacon.  Thread onto skewers.  Grill  over low heat, turning frequently until  bacon is done, anywhere from 20-45 minutes, depending on your grill. 

 

Serve with rice pilaf or Uncle Ben’s Long Grain & Wild Rice.
