Spinach Salad

 

1  8 oz. bag ready to eat spinach

1/2 red onion, sliced paper thin

1 cup fresh mushrooms, sliced

4 boiled eggs, chopped

1/2 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Handful each English walnuts and raisins (optional)

Croutons

 

Toss all together.  Serve with French Dressing  Top with croutons.
