Taco Soup

 

1 1/2 lb. ground sirloin

1 large onion, chopped

2 cans stewed tomatoes (Break up a bit in a blender or food processor if desired)

1 can Rotel tomatoes

1 can pinto beans with jalapenos

1 can kidney beans

1 can corn

1 envelope Ranch dressing mix

1 envelope taco seasoning

2 cans water (Use one of the bean cans)

 

Brown beef.  Add remaining ingredients.  Simmer for 30 minutes.  Serve topped with crushed tortilla chips, sour cream and shredded cheese.
