Tuna Pie

 

2 cups cooked brown rice

1 tablespoons minced onion

2 tablespoons butter, softened

1/2 tsp. marjoram

1 egg, slightly beaten

 

1 large vacuum pouch tuna

1/4 lb. shredded Swiss cheese

 

1 cup milk

1/2 tsp. salt

1/2 tsp. marjoram

2 tablespoons minced onion

3 eggs, beaten

 

Combine first 5 ingredients and press into large quiche pan or bottom of 9” x 9” baking pan.  Spread tuna on top.  Sprinkle with cheese.  Combine remaining ingredients and pour over all.  Bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until done in center.
