Mexican Tinfoil Dinners

 

1 lb. ground sirloin

1 envelope taco seasoning

1/2 tsp. salt

4 medium/large potatoes, diced

1 can corn (Mud recommends Del Monte Summer Crisp)

Shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Sour cream

Salsa (optional)

 

Mix first 5 ingredients together.  Divide evenly between 4 large double sheets of aluminum foil.  Fold foil over and seal well.  Place on cookie sheet.  Bake at 425 for 35 minutes.  Top with cheese, sour cream and salsa
